ANXO is hosting our first ever ticketed dinner focused on awareness about food waste and sustainability, taking place at our Truxton Circle location on Wednesday, July 10th at 7pm, co-hosted by RescueDishDC. Enjoy four courses with pairings, featuring “ugly” produce from Common Good City Farm, foraged items from the Accokeek Foundation’s food forest, and edible center pieces by Rooftop Roots. Chef Alex Vallcorba will talk briefly about what makes each course sustainable and food-waste conscious, along with representatives from partnering organizations.
