New Orleans funk outfit Galactic give D.C.-ers bummed about the end of the Duke Ellington Jazz Fest something to be happy about with their "Brass Tacks Tour." The band's influences range from Motowners Booker T. and the MG's to modern hip-hop, having toured with the likes of Jurassic 5 and the Roots.
