Get in free to the Rock and Roll Hotel's Halloween party before 10 p.m. There is also a free shuttle to the hotel from Union Station so you have no excuse for not coming out even if you've been drinking. Listen to tons of DJs all night while you drink $1 PBRs from 9 to 10 p.m., $3 champagne from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m., and $2 spook shooters from midnight to 2 a.m.
