Enjoy micro-brews and cuisine prepared by Chef Smith and Chef Morgan on the patio at Art and Soul at the Barktoberfest Celebration while your favorite poochie enjoys his own Bowser Beer (a beer specifically made for dogs) and gourmet doggie treats. Partial proceeds benefit the Washington Humane Society. Cost is $35 for two legs and $5 for four legs.
