On October 15 at 7 p.m., Bastille restaurant chefs Christophe and Michelle Poteaux present a "tour de pino," perfectly pairing various pinots with a six course menu. Enjoy chilled Alaskan king salmon with tomato-tarragon and arugula served with Rex Hill; grilled quail with a ragout of mushrooms, grapes and lardons with Ici La Bas; braised veal breast with shallot-roasted garlic jus, puree of sunchoks and parsnips with Chambole-Musigny; and much more.
