We know there are a lot of swing events to choose from every week, but swing dancing at Glen Echo is one of the best options around. The ballroom is huge and gorgeous, the live band is always jumpin', and you get a full hour-long lesson from Tom and Debra, some of the best teachers around. You'll learn the basics and you'll be surprised at how much you know by the end of the lesson. The night only costs $15. The drop-in beginner lesson goes from 8 to 9 and open dancing is from 9 to midnight. Go to www.gottaswing.org for more details.
